I finally got off my butt and installed the Windows 10 beta. And it’s not too soon, either, because next week most Windows 7 and Windows 8 PCs will be provided with a free update. So again I find myself on the leading edge.

June 10, 2015Home Screen Icon DensityI bought the Galaxy Note “phablet” phone when it first came out. The sucker was huge! The display was big and easy to see. Alas, the icon spread (rows and columns) on the Home screen was the same ratio as for other Android phones, a paltry four icons wide by five tall. That was disappointing.
