Manage Your Phone’s Pics and Vids with Dropbox

dropbox-logo Recently, disaster befell my Galaxy Note II phone. The MicroSD card died. I’d never had that happen before, but the 16GB card was kaput. Along with that misfortune was the loss of every picture on the MicroSD card — including the final shots of my son leaving for college. Gone.

My Android, What Big Text You Have!

Where are the huge tablets? Trust me, they’re coming! Tablets may be popular today in the 7- to 10-inch size range, but eventually I see huge tablets appearing on the market. That will be a great choice for people who have trouble seeing a tablet’s tiny text. Until then, you can adjust text size on your tablet to something more readable. It’s cinchy.

My Droid Bionic, which I loathed and wrote about here, finally died. It just kept turning off and on, starting at about 3:00 AM. Finally, I yanked the battery, and vowed to head to the Verizon store to get a replacement.
