Apparently Windows 8 will feature an App Store, according to the article linked below. It’s predictable that after Apple, Google, and Amazon, Microsoft would play “Me too!” with an App Store. The only question: When does Apple sue?

Never Gonna Give You Up

People are hanging onto their gear longer. Everything from consumables to high-tech stuff like cell phones and computers. No news there for me: I’ve increased my computer cycle from four years to six. The article blames the Great Recession, but I’d like to offer that stuff made today is pretty solid and if properly cared for simply lasts longer than the electronics sold in the 1990s.
