July 5, 2016Get Windows 10 Nag Nag NagI believe I may have received the final Windows 10 upgrade warning. It was up on my Windows 7 PC screen this morning, shiny and bright. June 20, 2016Plan 9 is NeinSeveral years ago, I wrote about Plan 9, the operating system designed by Bell Labs to succeed Unix. Just as it happened in the movie, Plan 9 isn’t going to succeed. June 17, 2016Wireless ChargingMobile devices are wireless wonders — except when it comes to charging the thing. That’s when you need to whip out a cord and plug the phone or tablet into the wall. Not every gizmo is so burdened.
