There was a power outage at my house last weekend. Three of my computers are on UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) systems. Two of them survived the blackout.

Internet Explorer Down to 50 Percent

After nearly two decades of dominating the browser market, Internet Explorer is passing the 50 percent mark, on its way down. Firefox is holding steady. The big increase is coming from Google Chrome.

Windows XP is Still Da King

My First Four-Color For Dummies Book

Once-Vital Utilities of Yesteryear

The year 1988 was quite a while back, over 20 years. Running a PC back then was different than it is today. Not only was DOS the king PC operating system, but there were a slew of utilities you routinely ran on your DOS computer, stuff that may seem trivial and stupid today.
