I blog because it’s a great way to write updates, not only just commentary but also some how-tos and additional information for my books. Writing a blog post is a handy way to do that, and much easier than writing one of my Wambooli Dispatches, which is an HTML document and requires a lot more effort and work.

In Microsoft Word (and I’m assuming Excel and other Office apps as well), you can protect your documents with passwords. I don’t recommend doing so, but the feature is available.

It’s a process called likejacking, where the Bad Guys fool you into clicking on something you normally wouldn’t click on — or may be fooled into clicking on something because it’s a “friend” who posted the link.
