Little Shop of Horrors |
| For two weeks before Friday, October 26, 2001, my wife Sandy and I were to be found down at our community theater (Lake City Playhouse) instead of sitting in front of our computers pounding out Windows XP books. This was for the opening of the musical Little Shop of Horrors, which Sandy is directing and I am serving as technical guru.
It's Sandy's job to put together the show, directing the actors, musicians, singers and so on. My job was to put the show up on the stage, plus come up with all sorts of gizmos and tricks to make the show interesting. In theater parlance, it's a "tech-heavy" show. The following Web pages show you some of the behind-the-scenes things I've been working on this past week and a half. I hope you enjoy this other side of my productivity. |
