The Windows 10 beta continues to evolve. In a move to further distance the new operating system from it’s disastrous grandfather (Windows 8, because the father would have been Windows 9), the latest beta is missing the Charms Bar and the Start Screen. Buying a New Computer 2015 EditionComputers die, sometimes in a painful and lingering way. The goal in getting a new system is to replace the old one before its inevitable death.
