Word Document Protection

For the longest time I can remember, PC users have clamored for password-protected files and folders. In Microsoft Word (and I’m assuming Excel and other Office apps as well), you can protect your documents with passwords. I don’t recommend doing so, but the feature is available.

Do Not Like

You may already know this: A big chunk of the social networking world links you into a lot of spam — and worse. It’s a process called likejacking, where the Bad Guys fool you into clicking on something you normally wouldn’t click on — or may be fooled into clicking on something because it’s a “friend” who posted the link. Be careful what you “like” out there.

Hazmat Assassination Outbreak!

There are dozens of words you shouldn’t use online if you don’t want the government to spy on you. Hazmat, assassination, and outbreak are just a few of them. No word on whether “Wambooli” is such a word. Yet.
